Cai Chengxun is a general of the Qing Empire and a member of Zhili Clique.
History[]
A graduate of the Tianjin Wubei Academy, Cai Chengxun has served in the military since 1900, including a brief stint as military governor of Gansu, where he aligned himself with the Zhili Clique. Since the Fourth Zhifeng War he has mainly concerned himself with guarding the northern frontier against Fengtian incursions.
